Paleo/LCHF diet workshop

This two-hour workshop is adjusted to beginners, experienced cooks and to everyone interested in learning the basics of Paleo/LCHF diet, which is based on ingredients containing less carbs, but more natural and healthy fats, while excluding artificial, industrially processed foods.
